Coach Mark, the owner of GridLock Academy established in April 2008, has dedicated his life and that of his sons to preserving the legacy of Grand Master Helio Gracie since 1995. The academy is devoted to the finest expressions of Gracie Jiu Jitsu and committed to offering a realistic approach to self-defense.
